| CellExchange applies innovative
thought and advanced technology to help solve
business problems for government organizations.
Our key value is in engaging and aligning stakeholders,
breaking efforts into manageable streams of work,
and driving execution in rapid cycles to demonstrate
a quick and constant stream of wins. Think Big,
Start Small, and Scale Fast. That’s the
CellExchange Process (CXP). |
Think
Big
CellExchange begins each engagement by gaining
a profound understanding of the customer’s
business problem. We encourage senior stakeholders
to participate in idea generation workshops, which
are conducive to new thinking and intellectual
rigor. The objective of this effort is to craft
a comprehensive, practical vision of the desired
end state solution. |
Start
Small
To realize the stated vision, CellExchange works
with the customer team to analyze its subcomponents
and group them into meaningful workstreams. We
identify the highest priority, highest impact
workstream to produce a tangible prototype of
the desired end product. The prototype focuses
attention to a solvable subset of problems, aligns
stakeholders, and drives toward a deployable solution.
The other workstreams get prioritized and placed
onto an implementation roadmap as parallel or
sequential efforts. |
Scale
Fast
Starting with the highest priority, highest impact
workstream, we help the customer team execute
identified workstreams in rapid spiral development
cycles. Each cycle produces a fully working and
coherent set of functionality for a set of users
and activities; subsequent cycles add more functionality
and users. This approach allows us to demonstrate
early and regular wins, and it also allows us
to correct the course quickly, if necessary. Once
the final end-state has been reached, we are often
asked to provide ongoing maintenance support for
the solution. |
| CellExchange’s application
development processes are consistent with SEI
CMMI maturity. Throughout our processes, we are
technology agnostic and we recommend technology
only when it makes sense in supporting your broader
business objectives. |
