Sundar Subramaniam
- Chairman
Sundar, one of the founders of CellExchange, chairs
the company Board. He has founded eight successful
IT companies, four of which completed IPOs. He also
served as Chairman of I-Cube, C-bridge, Open Environment
Corporation, Worldstreet Corporation, Integrated
Computing Engines, and as Managing Director of Cambridge
Samsung Partners, a Venture Capital firm. Sundar
completed his Bachelor of Science in Economics and
Computer Science from Brandeis University and has
lectured at MIT, Harvard, and as Adjunct professor
of Finance at Brandeis University. |
Bhaskar Panigrahi
- Chief Executive Officer
Bhaskar is responsible for formulating corporate
strategy and direction. Prior to CellExchange, Bhaskar
served as the CEO of Unique Computing Solutions,
an Internet technology and services firm. He also
co-founded e-Solutions Integrator in 1999, an e-business
consulting firm, which subsequently merged with
Unique Computing Solutions. Bhaskar completed his
BS in Computer Science, and prior to Unique Computing
Solutions and e-Solutions Integrator, he served
as a technologist at IBM, State Street Bank and
TELCO as the chief architect of some of the Web's
earliest products. |
Krishna P Nangegadda
- President
Krish leads the management team in executing on
the overall corporate strategy. He is responsible
for the day to day operations including oversight
of customer acquisition, delivery and other support
functions. Krish’s entrepreneurial career
spans over two decades, in which, he founded Unique
Computing Solutions and built it into one of North
America's fastest growing organizations before
it merged with CellExchange. Earlier on, Krish
also founded UNICS InfoTech Ltd, one of the most
successful systems integration and IT products
companies in India. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur,
he worked in sales and business development for
two of India's largest corporations - HCL, and
Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Krish holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological
University, India, and has attended Masters programs
at Harvard and Northeastern Universities in Boston,
Massachusetts.

Arthur N. (Bud)
Langston, Rear Admiral US Navy (Retired) - Advisory
Board Member
Bud Langston joined Oracle Service Industries in
September 1999 after he completed over 30 years
in the United States Navy, retiring as a Rear Admiral
in 1999. His command assignments included Commanding
Officer VA-145, Naval Strike Warfare Center and
Carrier Air Wing Five. During his aviation career,
he flew over 300 combat missions in Vietnam, the
Persian Gulf, and Iraq. He was awarded the Distinguished
Flying Cross three times, and received more then
20 Air Medals for his achievements in combat.
His senior staff tours included Executive Assistant
to the Deputy Secretary of the Navy for tactical
programs, Pentagon, Deputy for Operations, U.S.
Commander-in-Chief, Pacific, (USCINCPAC Hawaii),
Executive Assistant to the Commander-in-Chief, USCINCPAC,
and Director Navy Staff and Chief Information Officer,
Pentagon.
During his tour as the Navy Staff’s Chief
Information Office, he had oversight of the Navy’s
IT infrastructure throughout the National Capital
Region and orchestrated numerous business process
reengineering initiatives as part of the Navy’s
Revolution in Military Affairs.
As Vice President for Government Operations at Oracle,
he is responsible for defense military services
and coordinating IT solutions DoD wide. Additionally,
he provides support to Federal Agencies for the
Department of Homeland Security, and Western &
Southern Region State, and Local government activity.
Bud received his bachelor’s degree in Public
Administration from San Diego State University.
He is a graduate of the Royal Air Force Senior Staff
College, London, England and the Naval Postgraduate
School CIO Seniors Honor Program, Monterey, California.

Tom O'Riordan,
Major General US Air Force (Retired) - Advisory
Board Member
Tom accepted his current position at Raytheon, as
the Director of the Omaha Field Office for US Business
Development, in October 2004 after serving 32 years
in the US Air Force, retiring as a Major General.
His AF operational career spanned two decades of
command and leadership in flying and maintenance
for B-1B, FB-111, and B-52 units. He commanded the
37th Bomb Squadron, as well as the 7th Operations
Group.
Senior assignments included command of the AF Personnel
Center; Director of Operations, Air Education and
Training Command; Director of Operations for US
Strategic Command; and Deputy Director for Requirements,
Air Combat Command.
During his senior tours, he was deeply engaged in
introducing lean processes into large organizations,
structuring software systems to meet strict capability
maturity standards, and developing strategic visions
that were simple yet focused on primary mission
objectives.
As Omaha field office director for Raytheon US Business
Development, he is responsible for meeting customer
needs through integrated solutions across the breadth
of Raytheon’s companies. Business focus areas
include intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance;
missile defense; information operations; and precision
engagement.
Tom received his bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical
Engineering from the US Air Force Academy, and his
master’s degree in the same pursuit from Stanford
University. He graduated from the Army Command and
Staff College, as well as the National War College.
He also attended the Senior Officers in National
Security program at the JFK School of government. |
John E. Miller, Lieutenant General US Army (Retired) - Advisory Board Member
John E. Miller is the President of Miller Analytics, a firm focused on operational and management analysis and technology assessments. He spent seven and a half years at Oracle running many public sector and DOD business groups. John also ran a $600M business area for L-3 Communications, leading a workforce of over 9,000 employees, subcontractors, and consultants.
Prior to retiring from the military, Lieutenant General Miller spent most of his career commanding line units, developing new war fighting concepts and requirements and in teaching, training and leading soldiers and officers in a variety of assignments in field commands in Europe, the United States and the Republic of Vietnam, on the Army Staff, and in the US Army’s Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). He served as Deputy Commanding General (Futures), TRADOC, from July 1995 - Aug 1997 where he integrated the work of multiple agencies for the Army’s Digital Battlefield experiments and the development and approval of the Army’s first Distance Learning Master Plan.
Earlier, he served as the Commandant (President) of the US Army’s Command and General Staff College, a mid-career professional college accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Universities and by the Joint Chiefs of Staff that provides professional education to US Military Officers from all services and from 65 foreign countries. He was also responsible for the Army’s Battle Command Battle Laboratory, the National Simulation Center and 11 other Army Schools providing training and education for Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officers.
John is the recent past Chair of the Board on Army Science and Technology, National Research Council, National Academies; previous delegate from the DOD to the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard, exchange program with the People’s Liberation Army, China. He has participated in numerous special studies for the Army and the Defense Science Boards.
LTG Miller holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from the Southwest Missouri State University, and holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Georgia Institute of Technology. John also attended the US Army War College Executive Development Program at Yale University. |
