Bhaskar
Panigrahi - Chief Executive Officer
Bhaskar is responsible for formulating corporate
strategy and overall direction. Prior to CellExchange,
Bhaskar served as the CEO of Unique Computing
Solutions, an Internet technology and services
firm. He also co-founded e-Solutions Integrator
in 1999, an e-business consulting firm, which
subsequently merged with Unique Computing Solutions.
Bhaskar completed his BS in Computer Science,
and prior to Unique Computing Solutions and e-Solutions
Integrator, he served as a technologist at IBM,
State Street Bank and TELCO as the chief architect
of some of the Web's earliest products. |
Krishna
P Nangegadda - President
Krish leads the management team in executing on
the overall corporate strategy. He is responsible
for the day to day operations including oversight
of customer acquisition, delivery and other support
functions. Krish’s entrepreneurial career
spans over two decades, in which, he founded Unique
Computing Solutions and built it into one of North
America's fastest growing organizations before
it merged with CellExchange. Earlier on, Krish
also founded UNICS InfoTech Ltd, one of the most
successful systems integration and IT products
companies in India. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur,
he worked in sales and business development for
two of India's largest corporations - HCL, and
Larsen & Toubro Ltd. Krish holds a BS in Electrical
Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological
University, India, and has attended Masters programs
at Harvard and Northeastern Universities in Boston,
Massachusetts. |
Jim
D'Augustine - Chief Technology Officer
Jim coordinates the overall technical direction
of CellExchange. He works with CellExchange clients,
partners, and service teams to establish new programs
and provide guidance at key milestones throughout.
Jim has 25 years experience in creating and maintaining
sophisticated software systems, including the
design and development of three generations of
service-oriented application frameworks using
combinations of RPC and message-oriented middleware,
and most recently, Web service standards (XML,
SOAP, WSDL, UDDI). Jim has spent much of his career
in consulting and systems integration companies
such as Cambridge Technology Partners and C-bridge
Internet Solutions. He has developed application
software for a wide variety of industries, including
financial services, telecommunications, retail,
oil and gas, manufacturing, and consumer products.
At C-bridge, Jim formed and led the product development
organization. Prior to joining CellExchange, Jim
served as a Product Manager at Sonic Software
to develop product positioning and product development
plans for Sonic eXtensible Information Server
(XIS) and Sonic Business Process Manager (BPM). |
David
Weiser - Senior Vice President, Services
Dave is responsible for CellExchange’s execution
strategy and positioning in the federal marketplace.
Dave has over 30 years of large-scale systems
engineering and software development experience,
primarily in the federal space. Prior to joining
CellExchange, Dave held senior management positions
at General Dynamics Information Technology (formerly
Anteon International Corporation), most recently
as Group Vice President, Information Technology
Solutions, where he oversaw large-scale software
development and system integration projects, such
as the Air Force Cargo Movement Operations System,
National Emergency Management Information System,
and US Army Reserve Data Center Consolidation.
Dave’s responsibilities also included business
development for Government IT solutions with a
focus on call centers, data center consolidation,
web portal implementation, and applications migration.
Prior to his position at General Dynamics Information
Technology, Dave was Federal Department Manager
at CACI, Inc. |
Steven
McShane (Captain, USN, Ret.) - Vice President, Client Services – Defense Business
Prior to CellExchange, Steve had a distinguished military
career as a naval submarine officer. While most
of his career was focused on submarine operations,
including command of his own submarine at sea,
Steve’s most recent responsibilities included
support of the Navy’s Human Capital Management
initiative called Sea Warrior. From defining the
initial Sea Warrior vision at the Navy Personnel
Command to Navy wide organizational alignment
analysis as the Deputy and Chief of Staff for
Task Force Warrior, Steve has been involved with
Sea Warrior since its inception, directing the
integration, communication and acceleration of
Sea Warrior product delivery to the Fleet. |
