Bhaskar Panigrahi - Chief Executive Officer
Bhaskar is responsible for formulating corporate strategy and overall direction. Prior to CellExchange, Bhaskar served as the CEO of Unique Computing Solutions, an Internet technology and services firm. He also co-founded e-Solutions Integrator in 1999, an e-business consulting firm, which subsequently merged with Unique Computing Solutions. Bhaskar completed his BS in Computer Science, and prior to Unique Computing Solutions and e-Solutions Integrator, he served as a technologist at IBM, State Street Bank and TELCO as the chief architect of some of the Web's earliest products.
Krishna P. Nangegadda - President
Krish is the co-promoter of CTE and heads the Company’s North America business, comprising Commercial and Government operations. Krish has a rich experience of over two decades in promoting, starting up, and building information technology enterprises. Prior to CTE, Krish was running CellExchange Inc, now the Government Solutions operation of CTE, serving the US Federal Government with innovative solutions in the personnel, logistics, information-sharing and business-transformation domains. Under his able leadership, CellExchange was named to the Washington Technology Fast 50 roster in 2007. In 1995, Krish promoted, founded, and successfully ran the operations of Unique Computing Solutions, an IT services company, until it merged with CellExchange in 2002. Unique was twice named to the Inc. 500 List of fastest growth private companies in North America, and also twice to the Deloitte Fast 50 Regional and Fast 500 National rosters of fastest growth technology companies in the US. In 1986, Krish promoted and founded Unics Infotech Limited in India, and pioneered small-business automation with PC-based business solutions in predominantly non-urban geographies of India. Prior to launching his entrepreneurial career, Krish worked for Larson & Toubro, a $5 Billion global engineering and technology conglomerate, for five years as a sales engineer, where he was among the top 100 hand-picked engineers to be groomed into L&T’s management cadres. Krish also worked for HCL Computers, one of India’s largest IT companies, in the early 80’s when the IT industry was just opening up in India. Krish earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India, and attended the Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA for an MBA. Besides being on the CTE Board, Krish also serves on the Board of Directors of the US-based Homeland Security & Defense Business Council, an industry advisory group that provides thought leadership in the application of technology to solving homeland security problems, and helps the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) formulate its policy.
Jim D'Augustine - Chief Technology Officer
Jim coordinates the overall technical direction of CellExchange. He works with CellExchange clients, partners, and service teams to establish new programs and provide guidance at key milestones throughout. Jim has 25 years experience in creating and maintaining sophisticated software systems, including the design and development of three generations of service-oriented application frameworks using combinations of RPC and message-oriented middleware, and most recently, Web service standards (XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI). Jim has spent much of his career in consulting and systems integration companies such as Cambridge Technology Partners and C-bridge Internet Solutions. He has developed application software for a wide variety of industries, including financial services, telecommunications, retail, oil and gas, manufacturing, and consumer products. At C-bridge, Jim formed and led the product development organization. Prior to joining CellExchange, Jim served as a Product Manager at Sonic Software to develop product positioning and product development plans for Sonic eXtensible Information Server (XIS) and Sonic Business Process Manager (BPM).
Brian Courtney - Senior Vice President and General Manager of CTE North America Government Solutions
Brian leads the government operations of the Company and assumes responsibility of all programs. Brian joined CTE in 2005 and has held key roles in corporate strategy, business development, delivery, and operations for CTE’s commercial business. Brian earned his masters in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, and his MBA from the MIT Sloan Fellows MBA Program. Brian brings with him nearly 20 years of IT industry experience. Prior to joining CTE, Brian worked as an independent consultant for HP Medical, BBN, Massachusetts General, and others. He also worked at PTC and Smith & Nephew in senior technology, product development, and marketing and operational roles.
Anthony Urreta - Senior Vice President, Business Development
Tony brings with him three decades of experience working with the Federal Government. Tony is responsible for building and strengthening CellExchange's presence in the National Capital Region. Prior to joining CellExchange, Tony was Senior VP Business Development at Nortel Government Solutions. While there he was responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing function including business development and capture for Nortel’s Civilian business, which included federal agencies such as Homeland Security, Veterans Affairs, Justice, Treasury, and Transportation, as well as state and local governments. Prior to Nortel, Tony held senior management positions with PEC Solutions (later acquired by Nortel), Getronics/Wang Labs, and Unisys involving P&L, sales, business development, program management, and delivery responsibilities in the DoD and Civilian sectors.
