Innovation Workshops:
Workshops are a forum for rapid identification, development and presentation of innovative, technology-driven solutions to business problems. CellExchange has delivered over 100 workshops to the Air Force, Navy, Joint Chiefs, and other customers and has developed over 200 application demos and prototypes.
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Consulting:
CellExchange brings Enterprise SOA best practices to the Government through its membership in the SOA Consortium. The SOA Consortium promotes SOA adoption is a key enabler for the 21st century enterprise to increase business agility and lower Total Cost of Ownership.
IT Governance:
CellExchange helps structure programs and organizations such that the IT investments generate business value. Specifically, we support our customers in deciding who should have the rights to make IT decisions, what decisions they should be able to make, and how to structure an accountability framework that encourages proper behavior.
IT Program Management:
CellExchange emphasizes performance, quality, time, cost, compliance, and risk management. Our Program Management approach also includes performance base-lining and project tracking and control mechanisms to proactively monitor execution. We further incorporate elements to drive benchmarking, metrics, and fact-based decision-making; as well as standardization, transparency, consistency, re-use, and sharing of best practices and continual improvement across projects and customer’s organization.
